The Cofounder of Infinity Counselling, Ms Laxmi K Prasad, is a seasoned Finance professional, Risk consultant and Career counsellor with over a decade of experience across Investment Banking, Risk Management, and Financial Services. She holds a B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and PGDBF and globally recognized certifications including FRM (GARP–USA), SCR, and ESG credentials, CFA (L2 candidate) along with AMFI (MF),NISM and IRDA certifications. She also possesses strong expertise in Financial Modelling, Equity Research, and Portfolio Management. Over the years, Ms Laxmi K Prasad has closely mentored students and working professionals, helping them navigate complex career decisions with clarity and confidence.

Her vision behind establishing Infinity Counselling was to address the growing gap between education and employability. Having personally experienced the challenges of incorrect guidance, misaligned certifications, and wasted time and resources, she set out to create a platform that offers honest, structured, and industry-relevant career mentorship.
