About Counsellor:
He graduated with a B.Sc. in Physics from Kerala University and later completed a Master’s in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
An experienced and retired Senior Police Officer (DYSP) from the Kerala Police Service, he has also served as Guest Faculty at the Kerala Police Academy, Coast Guard Training Center, Fort Kochi, and the National Institute of Fisheries Administration and Management, Aluva. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in Marine Laws, Cyber Crimes, and Security-related subjects, and has trained police officers, students, and the general public in these areas. He also conducts Career Guidance and Motivational Sessions for students regularly, inspiring them to pursue their passions with clarity and confidence. He has successfully completed two internationally recognized programmes in Career Counseling —Certified Career Analyst (CCA) and Certified Career Counselor for International Studies (CCCIS) — specializing in guiding students both in India and for higher education abroad. He has also completed several professional courses in various branches of Psychology, continuously upgrading his knowledge to provide scientifically informed guidance and support. Post-retirement, he continues his academic engagement as Guest Faculty at the National Institute of Fire Engineering, Kochi, and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Security Studies at the Kerala Academy for Skills and Excellence. Additionally, he is a member of the Anti-Ragging Cell at Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering, Kadayiruppu, Kerala, India.
