Dr Amit Ballani

Dr. Amit Ballani is co-founder and Director of MINDSPROUT EDUCATION HUB. Dr. Amit Ballani is involved in a range of academic and professional activities including career counseling, Academic rankings, Competitive exam preparation and NCC over the past years, notably in the field of Teaching and learning. With vast experience of more than 20 years in academics reflected in authoring four books and two booklets, One career handbook, 4 National and International research papers and Best teacher Award by CVM, VV Nagar, Gujarat. Professionally, Dr. Ballani has a substantial background in education and career counseling.

From 2003 to 2023, Dr. Ballani served as an Assistant Professor in Biotechnology at the N.V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, CVMU in Gujarat. His responsibilities included teaching various undergraduate biotechnology subjects and counseling second—and third-year students on both personal and educational issues, assisting them in developing critical thinking skills and finding solutions to their problems.

Additionally, he was the founder and coordinator of the Entrance Examination Preparation Cell (EEPC), an initiative aimed at preparing students for postgraduate-level entrance examinations. This involves providing information about various universities, their admission processes, and organizing lectures as well as practice and mock tests to enhance students' readiness for these exams.In the year 2023, Dr. Ballani transitioned to another role as Senior Faculty at Motion Education Private Limited and as Founder & Director at Mindsprout Career Hub, both based in Lucknow.

Late Mrs. Sheetal Ballani worked hard as Co-founder of the Mindsprout. She has over 15 plus years of experience as a teacher, Career Counselor, student coordinator, Mentor and Coach. Mentoring and tutoring has been her passion for years and in the process helped 1500 plus students realized their dreams based on their interest, skills, personality and aptitude. Each counselee with crystal clear career path and passion to perform on the chosen path is my sole objective as career counselor. She got many awards and appreciation letters for her contribution for student centric activities from many notable organizations &NGOs including “Sardar Patel University”, “International Science Olympiad”, “National Science Olympiad”, “WaymadeCollegee of Education” to name a few. Sheservedd as “School Coordinator for Science Olympiad Foundation” for International Mathematics Olympiad, International English Olympiad, National Science Olympiad, National Cyber Olympiad for the year 2011,2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and Class coordinator of the same from 2011 to 2019. I also received special appreciationn from the SOF for enthusiastic coordination. Her vast experience as coordinator for various student centric co-curricular and extra-curricular activities with her counseling certifications empowered her to help students and professionals to identify right career path in a personalized manner.
