I had a really positive Career Counselling experience with Mr. Sunil Sir. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and at ease while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He has a very welcoming and warm approach which made it easy for me to share about myself in the pre-counselling session. The psychometric analysis report provided was almost a perfect reflection of who I am. He helped me understand myself, my strengths, what motivates me, possible areas to improve and focus on, the kind of environment I will thrive in and be successful and what to avoid. The actionable steps and the inputs provided were invaluable, making the entire experience both enlightening and enriching. The career counselling session was extremely informative, well-organized, and thoughtfully conducted. The career counselling session with Mr. Sunil was a truly insightful and positive experience for me as a Father. The Psychometric assessment was very good, with the comprehensive report shared was well structured, detail oriented. It has given our daughter''s personality with accurate insights on her natural abilities, strengths and areas of improvement. He has explained in detail on her motivational factors, learning styles, leadership qualities, skills and knowledge in her Engineering Curriculum and highlighting her suitable career options, its relevance and how her logical and numerical strengths will be advantage for her chosen career path.
