How much does your class 12 marks matter in your career

Everyone knows that class 12 marks does matter very much in the competitive world because it is the gateway of career and professional life so need to take an advice from career counselor for a most suitable stream and career path which will give maximize success in future but as per my experiences, life is not the name of opportunity, life is a matter of knowledge, awareness and determination because it never stops for anyone and anything, it goes on and goes on. So in the present world there are many career paths which may help you to build a wonderful career in the professional and realistic world. Just need not to give up from self. Therefore need to assure the right career path by the help of a good career counselor whenever you feel that now it is my requirement.

Securing good marks in class 12th certainly helps when it comes to securing admission at top tier institutions for pursuing undergraduate courses. But once you graduate and start working, people will evaluate you on the basis of your grades only for the first 3 years and that is the average time spent by millennials in their first job. So, what really matters more than marks in the long run is being able to keep with changing times and being flexible in your approach. First of all we should know the meaning of Dietician- They plan, monitor and supervise the diet for patients (with medical conditions like diabetics, food allergies, gastro-intestinal disturbances etc. across hospitals, clinics, health centres, sports centres or their own private clinics.

To Be a Dietician –

1)Clear class 12th with any stream (science with biology is preferred)

2)Pursue BSC/BA nutrition or BSC food technology

3)Pursue a PG Diploma in Nutrition or an MSC in food nutrition

4)Intern for 6 months and clear the registered Dietician entrance exam (to obtain the Registered Dietician License from IDA).

For Nutritionist –

1)Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in an area like dietician, human nutrition food and nutrition and community nutrition.

2)Complete at least 900 hours of clinical nutrition experience.

3)Pass an examination through the commission on dietetic registration (CDR).
